Welcome to sarahbakerperfumes.com Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Occasionally, we may revise our terms and conditions, affecting the content and services provided. Therefore, we encourage you to regularly check them each time you access or use our website. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions does not impact your statutory rights, except to the extent lawfully excluded.

 

Sarah Baker Perfumes will be referred to as such or as Sarah Baker. 

 

Registration and Orders

 

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order : 

 

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and at that point, a contract between you and Sarah Baker Perfumes comes into existence. You will become liable to make payment for the order at that time. At any point up until then, we may decline to fulfil your order.

 

Out of our control

 

In the rare event that we can't fulfill your order after this acknowledgment, we will inform you via email or telephone. Sometimes things are out of our control, like a product being out of stock or unexpected delays. In these cases, we won't be held liable. The risk in the products passes to you upon delivery, If there are any issues with your order, please let us know upon receipt.

 

Ownership and assistance

 

Legal ownership of products stays with us until full payment is received. If we refund your payment, ownership reverts to us. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please email us at hello@sarahbakerperfumes.com

 

Please be advised that product availability is contingent upon stock levels. In the event that any items from your order are unavailable, we will promptly notify you. In situations where we are unable to supply a specific item or experience a delay beyond our control (including but not limited to stock unavailability, product or pricing errors, or authorization issues with your payment), we absolve ourselves of liability. Unless you inform us upon receiving the order that there is an error, or if you choose to exercise your right to cancel, you will be considered to have accepted the order. If you do not comply with these terms, we are not obligated to accept any rejection you claim to have exercised.

 

Legal ownership of all products remains with us until full payment is received. In the event of a refund, we will automatically and promptly regain legal ownership of the products.

Payment

 

You have the option to make payments using Credit/Debit Cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal also part payments by Clearpay.  Payment for each order will be charged to your debit/credit card at the time of placing the order. 

 

Typically, we dispatch orders by 16:00 on the same day or the next working day. Our liability for any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

 

Right of Cancellation

 

You retain the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by sending us a notice of cancellation (via emai) and returning the goods to us within the specified deadline if all the conditions are met. Please note that this right does not apply to sale items. 

 

Returns Policy

 

We trust you'll be satisfied with your purchase, but if not, we offer a full refund or exchange for any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and its original packaging is sealed. The returns policy applies to the UK and EU countries and the USA. We do not accept returns from the rest of the world. We accept free returns from the UK and the USA. EU customers can make a return, however shipping costs will be paid by the customer not Sarah Baker Perfumes.

Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must be returned along with the purchased items, this includes all 2ml samples. Your ability to return goods does not extend to items manufactured to your specifications, clearly personalized items, or those that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are prone to rapid deterioration or expiration. Additionally, sealed goods, once unsealed after delivery, are not eligible for return, particularly for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Please note that we do not accept returns on items other than the 50ml bottle and 3 x 30ml bottle set unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable. If, upon delivery, you discover any damage to the products in your order, we will gladly replace them.

Delivery

 

Delivery will be made to your billing address or such other address specified by you at the time of ordering. Sarah Baker Perfumes do not have any responsibility or liability for any event or expense after the package has been signed for at your proscribed delivery address.

 

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses.

 

Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Any delivery timescales are indicative only and do not constitute binding obligations on us. For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt.

 

We currently have free delivery on all orders in the UK and USA. 

 

United Kingdom 

 

Free delivery! We ship domestically from London using Royal Mail for samples and Evri for bottle orders. Indicative shipping times are 2-5 working days unless otherwise indicated on product page.

USA

Free delivery! We ship domestically from California using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS plus expedited options. Indicative shipping times are 2-5 working days unless otherwise indicated on product page.

 

European Union

 

We ship European orders from within the European Union. We use DPD. Indicative shipping times are 3-8 working days, prices vary, & free shipping over certain amounts.

 

These countries include : Austria, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Rest of world 

 

We ship using reliable companies such as DHL or FedEx. Shipping costs are based on delivery to your private address and are shown individually at the checkout stage.​ Indicative shipping times are 3-21 working days unless otherwise indicated on product page​. Please note that ​​we do not accept returns on shipments outside of USA, UK, And EU.
