  • NB: We do not currently ship from within the EU. Thus, you are responsible for any duties, taxes or administration fees upon delivery. Please check before ordering. We cannot cancel or reimburse shipping costs or purchase payments once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping - Remote Areas Surcharge​​


  • Shipping companies charge a surcharge for delivery to some remote areas. This surcharge is almost always £17.50. We are unable to automate which delivery addresses are subject to surcharges in the shipping charges applied at the online check-out since it is only confirmed by the shipper when preparing your order for dispatch. If your delivery address is subject to such a surcharge, we will email you directly and inform you of this. The email will offer you the option of paying the surcharge on top of shipping charges already paid and proceeding with delivery or cancelling your order entirely with a full refund. 


  • The document linked here lists postcodes in a range of countries subject to a remote areas surcharge should you wish to check before ordering. However, it is not exhaustive and in rare cases, postcodes not listed may be subject to a surcharge.​



  • These indicative shipping times are guidelines and not a guarantee of the delivery date. ​​


  • Most of our shipping options provide you with tracking. In the unlikely event your purchases do not arrive, contact us and we'll address the matter with the shipper immediately. Please note that we will wait several days before considering solutions because most items reported missing are subsequently located and delivered.



We carefully hand-pack our fragrances in small batches for shipping and it is highly unlikely you will need to return an item. 


  • If returning goods, please contact us directly in the first instance for help with organizing an appropriate return shipment. ​

  • We will replace damaged or faulty products or the incorrectly dispatched items with the ones you ordered at no extra cost when you return the item/s within 14 days of notifying us. In some cases we will offer a full refund excluding any import duties that apply.

  • Your return will need to use a shipping service that can be tracked: we cannot be responsible for lost untracked postal items.

  • In all cases, our decision to accept a return of opened goods and reimburse or exchange products is discretionary. For example, we cannot reimburse or replace opened goods:

    • If you decide you would simply prefer another product

    • You dislike the product for a reason not related to its merchantable quality

    • You believe you have had an allergic reaction to the product​
