Shipping to UK

  • Shipping to UK addresses is free on orders of £80 or more 

 

  • We ship domestically from London using Royal Mail and Evri

  • Indicative shipping times are as follows:

    • 2-5 working days

Shipping to USA

  • Shipping is free on orders of $155 or more to delivery addresses in the USA 

 

  • We ship domestically from California using USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground

  • Indicative shipping times are as follows:

    • 2-5 working days

Shipping to EU​​

 

  • We ship most orders to EU customers from within the EU using DPD, so you will not be charged any additional taxes or fees. In some cases, we have to ship from the UK and we pay the VAT on entry (DDP), meaning you will not be charged.

  • Indicative shipping times are as follows:

    • 3-7 working days​​

Shipping Elsewhere​​

 

  • We ship using reliable companies such as DPD, DHL Express or FedEx

  • Shipping costs are based on delivery to your private address and are shown individually at the check out stage

  • Indicative shipping times are as follows:

    • 3-21 working days

Non-Delivery

  • These indicative shipping times are guidelines and not a guarantee of the delivery date. ​​

  • Most of our shipping options provide you with tracking. In the unlikely event your purchases do not arrive, contact us and we'll address the matter with the shipper immediately. Please note that we will wait several days before considering solutions because so far all items reported missing have been subsequently located and delivered.

Returns

 

  • Though highly unlikely, we will replace damaged or faulty products or the incorrectly dispatched items with the ones you ordered at no extra cost when you return the item/s within 14 days of notifying us. 

  • If returning goods, please contact us directly in the first instance for help with organizing a tracked return shipment. ​

  • Our decision to accept a return of unwanted goods and reimburse or exchange products is discretionary. For example, we cannot reimburse or replace broken-seal goods:

    • If you decide you would simply prefer another product

    • You dislike the product for a reason not related to its merchantable quality

    • You believe you have had an allergic reaction to the product​. (All of our fragrances are IFRA-compliant in order to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Nonetheless, this does not guarantee no allergic reactions can occur and all products are sold AYOR. Anyone known to have to have allergies should check on our ingredients page before ordering.

Please note: In all cases where we agree to a discretionary return or exchange of goods, you will be required to cover the cost of tracked shipping to return the goods to us and the cost of tracked shipping to send you replacement goods.
