Don't want to blind buy?
We are now sending a 2ML sample of the purchased fragrance along with all 50ML orders so that you can try the fragrance before you commit to the full bottle. If you don't like it, you are free to return the bottle by following the steps below:
1.
Do not open the 50ml bottle. You will receive a 2ML sample of the fragrance purchased in your order. Test the 2ML sample (it's in the sample 3-pack). We don't accept returns if the 50ml box has been opened.
2.
If you want to return your unopened bottle, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at: hello@sarahbakerperfumes.com and we will send you a return label that you need to print. Please note that any promotional gift sent with the package must also be returned in order to gain a refund, including all 3 samples.
3.
Pack your items securely and carefully and attach the label to the outside of the parcel. Once the shipping label is created, you have 7 days to drop it off at a post office. The label will expire after 7 days.
Once received, we'll inspect your item, and if the box seal has not been opened and all promotional items are returned, we'll fully refund you within 7 days, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
4.
Please note that we do not accept returns on items other than the 50ml bottle and 3x30ml bottle set unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This policy only applies to these orders within the USA, EU or UK.

Please note that we cover return shipping costs for UK and USA only. For EU customers, please contact us at hello@sarahbakerperfumes.com and we will send you details on where to send the perfume and any promotional gift.
