• UK & USA: Shipping is free on orders over £120/$155.

  • We ship domestically from California to USA addresses and directly from the UK to all other countries.

  • We ship using safe, professional shipping services (such as DHL Express, FedEx, Royal Mail, and USPS).

  • Indicative shipping times are as follows:

    • UK and USA: 3-6 working days

    • UK and USA Expedited: 1-3 working days

    • Most other countries: 3 to 12 working days

    • NB: some regions are still subject to delays as a result of COVID-19


These indicative shipping times are guidelines and not a guarantee of delivery date. If you require rapid delivery service at your expense please email us and we will inform you of the options available for your region.


  • ​Most of our shipping options provide you with tracking. In the unlikely event your purchases do not arrive, contact us and we'll address the matter with the shipper. Please note that we will usually wait 5 working days before contacting the shipping service provider because most items reported missing have subsequently been located and delivered.

  • ​The following does not apply to USA and UK addresses: You are responsible for any duties, taxes or administration fees that apply on products shipped from the UK. Please check before ordering. We cannot cancel or reimburse shipping costs or purchase payments once your order has been dispatched.



We carefully hand-pack our fragrances in small batches for shipping and it is highly unlikely you will need to return an item. 


  • If returning goods, please contact us directly in the first instance for help with organizing an appropriate return shipment. ​

  • We will replace damaged or faulty products or the incorrectly dispatched items with the ones you ordered at no extra cost to you when you return the item/s within 14 days. In some cases we will offer a full refund excluding any import duties.

  • Your return will need to be a shipping service that can be tracked: we cannot be responsible for lost untracked postal items.

  • In all other cases, our decision to accept a return of opened goods and reimburse or exchange products is discretionary. For example, we cannot reimburse or replace opened goods:

    • If you decide you would prefer another item in the collection

    • You dislike the product for a reason not related to its merchantable quality

    • You believe you have had an allergic reaction to the product

We will replace unopened, unsoiled and undamaged products with the labels and packaging fully intact with product/s of comparable value from the relevant collection where you return the goods by an appropriate method within 14 days and pay for the shipping of the replacement goods.​
