- We ship domestically from California using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS.
- Indicative shipping times are 2-7 working days + expedited options.

EU SHIPPING
- EU Fulfillment from within the EU!
- No fees! We are paying the customs and VAT for you. Shipped using DHL from Amsterdam.
- Indicative shipping times 4-10 days, prices vary.
- We do not accept returns for EU orders

- We ship using reliable companies such as DHL or FedEx.
- Shipping costs are based on delivery to your private address and are shown individually at the checkout stage.
- Indicative shipping times are 3-21 working days.
- We do not accept returns on shipments outside of USA and UK.
RETURNS
- Do not open the 50ml bottle. Use the 2ml sample provided. Returns only accepted if 50ml seal is intact.
- Email hello@sarahbakerperfumes.com within 14 days for return address.
- Send back within 7 days, including all samples/gifts.
- Refund issued if all items are received in good condition.
- UK & USA orders only. Faulty/incorrect items excepted.
- We are not responsible for lost or missing returns.
