Please try the complimentary 2ml sample before opening your 50ml bottle.

Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the 50ml box remains unopened and the tamper-evident seal is fully intact.

All complimentary samples and promotional gifts, including used samples, must be returned with the original purchase. These are provided as gifts with a qualifying purchase and are not intended as free samples with a returned order.

To request a return, email hello@sarahbakerperfumes.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is authorised, send the items back within 7 days using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be processed once all items have been received and inspected.
