Our fragrance is high art, and our process is one of mutual inspiration. Working with some of the most talented noses in the industry, we collaborate on our fragrances rather than dictate. The results are scents which focus on unapologetic artistry exploring some of the wildest corners of contemporary perfumery.

Co-owned by Sarah Baker and Andy Hsu, both accomplished artists, we operate from a studio in the heart of East London. A small team of diverse artists, technicians and collaborators help support our mission of producing thrilling, unusual and artistic fragrances.
We ensure sustainable production
Our perfumes are manufactured in relatively small batches, meaning very little is wasted from overproduction. Our carbon footprint is kept low due to in-house diluting, filling, boxing and bottling. We lovingly hand stamp every box to reduce waste, because caring about the planet is sexy.
We use eco-friendly materials
We're constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact. Our boxes are sealed using plastic-free solutions and we source as much as we can locally, in order to reduce transport emissions. Our sleeve, box, ecofoam insert, sample boxes and glass bottles are all made from widely recyclable materials.
High Quality Ingredients
Our fragrances are made with organic grain alcohol. We adhere to the strict regulatory guidelines of IFRA in our compositions, and we never use nitromusks, colourants, phthalates or halogenorganics.
Cruelty Free
None of our products are tested on animals, and many are vegan friendly (Atlante, Charade and Flame & Fortune are the only products which are not vegan friendly). We only use animal products that are ethically sourced and do not harm animals in their production, for example ambergris (pictured) which is foraged from beaches and does not harm whales to produce or collect.

Sarah Baker is a multidisciplinary artist and the founder of Sarah Baker Perfumes, a niche fragrance house where storytelling and scent collide. With a background in fine art, Sarah’s work spans film, photography, and installation, often exploring themes of luxury, identity, and desire. Her artistic practice naturally extended into the world of perfumery.
Since launching her brand, Sarah has collaborated with some of the world’s top perfumers to craft scents that push creative boundaries while maintaining artisanal quality. Each fragrance is more than just a composition, it’s an experience, accompanied by original mini screenplays, reflecting her passion for storytelling.
Sarah’s work has been exhibited internationally, and her unique approach to perfumery has earned her a devoted following among fragrance lovers and art aficionados alike. She is also the perfumer behind Flame & Fortune that you can find in the collection.
