- Shipping is FREE on all USA orders.
- We ship domestically from California using USPS Ground Advantage.
- Indicative shipping times are 2-7 working days.
- Expedited options offered at checkout.

EU SHIPPING
- EU Fulfillment from within the EU.
- No fees! We pay Customs and VAT for you.
- Shipped from Amsterdam using DHL.
- Indicative shipping times 5-10 days, prices vary.
- We do not accept returns for EU orders.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
- We ship using reliable companies such as DHL or FedEx.
- Shipping costs are based on delivery to your private address and are shown individually at checkout.
- Indicative shipping times are 3-21 working days.
- We do not accept returns on shipments outside of USA and UK.
RETURNS
- Do not open the 50ml bottle. Use the 2ml sample provided.
- Returns only accepted if 50ml seal is intact.
- Email hello@sarahbakerperfumes.com within 14 days.
- Send back (tracked) within 7 days, including all samples/gifts.
- Refund issued if all items are received in good condition.
- UK & USA orders only. Faulty/incorrect items excepted.
- Use tracking. We are not responsible for lost or missing returns
